Accelerate product innovation
in your organization

Product Management is today one of the most important yet challenging roles in any organization focused on innovation. This role is responsible for understanding opportunities and customer needs, driving product development, launching the product in market, and measuring value delivered.

By tapping into principles of Product Management, Agile, Design Thinking, and Innovation frameworks, this assessment provides insights across the five dimensions of great products.

From the results, you identify areas of improvement and action items that drive skill development, culture change, and improved outcomes. Used by individual product managers and entire product teams, this assessment guides you on focusing on specific product innovation areas such as: effective product backlog management, customer feedback and validation, rapid development of MVPs, measurement of outcomes, release and roadmap planning, and growing a culture of empowerment.

The Spark Engine Product Innovation Training program supplements the assessment by offering product teams the opportunity to learn and apply new practices that drive product innovation.
