As CEO of ProKanban.org, she has helped grow an inclusive global learning network dedicated to advancing Kanban practices worldwide. In addition, she co-founded ScatterSpoke, an Atlassian Ventures portfolio company that drives actionable improvement through retrospective data.

Colleen has collaborated on several key publications, including The Kanban Pocket Guide, and has been instrumental in advancing diversity in tech through founding the Women in Kanban Scholarship Program, which has enabled nearly 100 women around the world to become certified Professional KanbanTrainers. Daniel is a 25-plus year software industry veteran and one of the leading voices in the flow community. In 2007, he helped develop Kanban as a strategy for knowledge work and managed the world’s first Kanban project implementation. Since then, he has trained, coached, and advised organizations worldwide on Lean-Agile practices. He founded ActionableAgile™, a company providing predictive analytics tools that set the standard for flow-based forecasting. Daniel is also the author of three books, including the widely regarded Actionable Agile Metrics for Predictability. In addition, he co-created the “Professional Scrum with Kanban” class with Scrum.org and co-founded ProKanban.org in 2020 to create an inclusive, diverse community for learning Kanban. His work continues to shape how organizations understand and apply flow.
